We are not interested in providing a list of every announced merger, buyback, insider trade, executive change, and so on—there are plenty of resources available for that (and most events flagged are not actionable).

In contrast, the TMM provides a valuable foundation of potentially actionable event-driven investment ideas—those that could actually present interesting opportunities.
