Our event-driven monitor

We publish two separate publications:

  • this one (ToffCap), which is focussed on company and industry write-ups,

  • but also our ToffCap Monday Monitor, our weekly publication of actionable event-driven and special sits.

We are not interested in providing an exhaustive list of every announced merger, buyback, insider trade, executive change, and so on—there are plenty of resources available for that (and most events flagged are not actionable).

In contrast, the TMM provides a valuable foundation of potentially actionable event-driven investment ideas—those that spark interest and merit further exploration.

The TMM has flagged a LOT of profitable situations over the years.
