The Philly Shipyard situation looks interesting but it is an asset deal. They will sell their subsidiary PSI and the parent company PHLY will receive the cash. The uncertainty about what they will do with the proceeds explains the large discount I believe. For me as a Belgian, if they distribute as dividend I will get 52NOK per share net after taxes compared to current shareprice of 62NOK. The largest shareholder Aker will propably be exempt from paying taxes so i think a dividend is likely or do i see this wrong?
